We’re not here to smash PBs or grind you into the ground (unless you’re into that).
We’re here to help you feel strong, supported, and in sync — with your body, your cycle, and your season of life.

We take a holistic approach to women’s wellness by combining hormone education, movement, and nutrition in a way that actually makes sense for your body and your cycle.
We honour the natural rhythms of being a woman — the tired days, the power days, the days you just need to breathe. That’s why our fitness classes and coaching programs are designed to move with your cycle, not against it.

Move Pilates & Fitness​

Our unique fitness classes can be synced to your cycle. Our classes are available online (via the Get Synced app) and in-person. We have a variety of different styles of classes.
The classes are:

Move Wellness
​
We perform unique physiological testing to hack your metabolism and learn all about what is correct for your body type which allows us to individualise your food, fitness, and goals.
The Nutrigenomics Wellness DNA testing provides a comprehensive analysis of your DNA so we can create an optimal wellness program according to your genomic profile.
