Strength Circuit is a dynamic full-body workout designed to build functional strength, increase endurance, and sculpt lean muscle. Using a mix of resistance equipment and bodyweight training, each class challenges your whole body. Tuesdays are dedicated to upper body only—targeting arms, chest, back, and shoulders for improved tone and posture. Suitable for all levels with modifications available. Expect high energy, expert guidance, and serious strength gains.
